      Get Ready to Counsel    Are you ready to lead someone to
Christ at Portland CityFest?  "Friends
of the Festival" (counselors) are those who help guide others through the
life-changing decision to personally receive Jesus Christ at the festival.
After Luis Palau invites the crowd to make a decision for Jesus, a Festival
Friend is the first person a new-believer will talk with about their faith.
Counseling is one of the most rewarding     experiences a Christian can have!
